Pheww..

i have just deleted most of my post,,

aLL of them actuaLLy..

and started this new post..xD~

WeLL things r goin fine today..

i have just rinsed my face from the oaTmeaL mask.. teehee~

it reaLLy made me feel relaxed..

Have u ever tried oatmeal masK?..

no?.. yeaH?..

i'LL give u the recipe in the bottom later..

Guess whaT,, i have an oiLy face,, EXTREMELY oiLy face..xD

And so many pimples and acne all over my face,,

cheeks, forehead..whtever, whatever...

And it SUCKS, man.. -____-

i went to several doctors..

most of their medicine works,, FIRST DAYS only..

buT then it's aLways the same..

it aLways gets worser every time..

I used to be so hopeless.. then i found out about this mask..

not oNly this mask, but other masks too..>,<

3 days have passed since i first use this mask..

But guess what?

My acne is getting even better,,

The mask took away dead skin cells, leaving my skin sooo smooth~

and it reduces redness,, and reduces the size of pimples..

iT alsa tightens the pores.. ^^

So i think poeple out there who has the same problem with me can try this mask..

aLL u need is..

Oatmeal - 2 tablespoons

Use the instant oatmeal,, i recommend quaker oats...^^

Yoghurt - 2 tablespoons

Bio yoghurt, without flavour... remember,,,
PLAIN yoghurt..

or else it will not work well..

Honey - 1 tablespoon

Not processed honey, but RAW honey..^^

well i use MANUKA honey..

all u need to do is..

MIX! MIX! MIX!

teeheee~ until it's mixed evenly..

Then wash ur face using mild cleanser,

Pat dry using a soft towel.. don't rub.. it wiLL make ur acne worse..

Then apply this mask all over ur face, avoiding the eyes..

Cause it can cause iritation around the eyes.. *sensitive*

U may want to test this mask on ur skin first to check whether ur allergic or not..

But i think all of these are not allergical type of food.. hehe

Then wait for it to dry,, like about 15-20 minutes..

Rinse it off using warm water, then rinse again using cold water..

And there u have.. a nice, delicious, glowing, smooth skin! ^^
